Small Group Training
These sessions are targeted to your combined goals. Small groups of 3 to 5 people are huge on results!

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and cost $60.
If you don't have any specific goals and are just looking for a change in your current workout, or for a little extra to what you are currently doing, you can simply choose an upper body, lower body, or total body workout.
This normally is a set routine targeted to your combined goals. Basically the same as small group training with more people :).
Groups of 6 to 12 people - Great fun with huge on results!
Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and cost $90.
As with the small group sessions you can choose an upper body, lower body, or total body workout, or whatever you want. I can program any type of training you ask for.
